Do you want to explore the option of becoming a Dive Master or even a Scuba Instructor? The Advanced Diver Development program can help you gain the skills and experience required.

If you love the sport of scuba diving and enjoy sharing your passion, we encourage your to pursue Diving Leadership. Whether that be Dive Master or even becoming a scuba diving Instructor, Diver’s World has the experience and expertise to help you along the way.

Becoming a diving professional is a hard but achievable goal that will require you to learn a lot about the sport as well as to develop solid scuba skills. Pursuing an SDI Advanced Diver recognition will help develop both skill and knowledge.

We recommend the following two courses plus a selection from the others below: recognizing that diving leadership requires a lot of competence beyond this program.

RECOMMENDED COURSES

These two courses are strongly recommended for anyone serious about becoming a diving Professional. With a Nitrox Diver certification you will extend your bottom times and get much more overall dive time during your excursions. You will also need to develop world class diving skills that our Zen series helps to hone.

OPTIONAL COURSES

Additionally, choose any of the courses below to further enhance your skills and knowledge. Just like diving itself, a particular speciality can be pursued within dive leadership. For example, if you want to introduce future divers to the local diving options, the Wreck, Deep, Ice and Drift specialties will give you more exposure to each of those types of diving. If you are an educator and/or just want to help students with the science aspects of diving, we would recommend Research Diver, Archaeology or Marine Ecosystems Awareness.
