Course Description

Graduates of this program will be certified to participate in the PASST wreck surveys conduced in cooperation with the Regional Science Consortium, PA Sea Grant, PA DEP, PA Historical Museum Commission, and others. While applicable in any non-invasive underwater archaeological environment, this SDI certified course is unique to our region and focused on the Pennsylvania waters of Lake Erie.

Who Can Enroll:

As long as you are 15 years or older, in good physical condition, and are an SDI Scuba Diver (or equivalent) you can enroll in the PASST Level 1 course.

What's Included:

Your class fee will cover the costs of instruction, a PASST Dive Team manual, facilities rental, pool rental, tanks and an SDI PASST Level 1 certification.

Student Provides

Adequate scuba equipment, rentals are available. Any fees associated with open water dives.
